Refund Policy
RETURN:
You can return or exchange the product in case of a clear manufacturing defect within 14 days from the date of receipt. In order to return or exchange the goods, the following conditions must be made: the goods were not in use, saved the original appearance of goods, there are no signs of wear on the jewelry, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods (email or sms confirmation) are preserved. In order to proceed with the exchange / return of a product, send a photos of the product made from all angles or a video to confirm the quality of the product. A packaging must be exclusively a hard packing paper shipping box.
Please note: All deliveries are made at customer's expense. If the quality of the bijouterie will not meet the required standards it will be returned to the customer at customers expense. If the item is damaged during delivery, the exchange/return will not be confirmed and the item will be returned to the customer at customers expense.

Refund is made to your account within 14 business days from the date of acceptance of the goods before the return. Please note, original and return shipping fees will not be credited back upon return.
