ORDER: 
Stock item will be sent to you within 2 working days from the warehouse (depending on your location and availability of goods in warehouses).
           
ORDERS PROCESSING TIME: 

We process and ship orders from Monday 10:00 (EEST) to Friday 18:00 (EEST) We does not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or Ukranian bank holidays. 

TAXES AND DUTIES: 

Please note the prices do not include international taxes and customs fees, your delivery might be subject to additional costs depending on the destination country's legislation. All orders are Delivered Duty Unpaid. This means that your order may be subject to taxes/duties that are levied by the local customs office. All prices online are quoted free of any additional charges.  

DELIVERY:

Delivery from the moment of ordering in Ukraine takes up to 3 days. (Delivery paid by the customer).

 International delivery from Spain takes from 5 to 15 business days in Europe and up to 20 business days worldwide. (Delivery paid by the customer).

 If your order is in stock in Spain or the UK, shipping will take up to 5 business days worldwide. (Delivery paid by the customer).

All orders are shipped from Spain with DHL or UPS. Orders in Ukraine are delivered by NovaPoshta. 

Delivery from warehouses in Europe and UK with DHL or international delivery of UK or Spain. Shipping cost depends on the country and the shipping service; delivery time depends on destination. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a waybill number to track your order. We don’t perform shipment to the russia and countries supporting russia.

COVID19: 

Dispatch time might be extended up to 2-6 working days due to the current pandemic situation. 

 

PAYMENT:
